Still motivated. I've been in the garage for the last 5 days running (at night for last three) !!

Since the last update I've welded in a new drivers floor pan (only on the inside at the moment - I like to weld them from underneath as well to tidy it up).

How come the floor pans are never big enough to fill the hole you have to cut out to get rid of all the rust? Anyway I ended up joggling a few bits of plate to extend it where needed and it looks OK. Ended up cutting and shutting the A pillar also because of the dreaded rust.

Yesterday I cut out the old and fitted a new inner sill to the drivers side which I'm chuffed with.

Tonight I cut out the small panel in front of the rear wheel arch which fills the gap between the inner and outer sills and made up a new panel out of plate. I've welded this on and tacked on the outer sill as well. Progress or what!
